License Grant
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the QuickBooks Online integration application ("Software") designed to connect your QuickBooks Online account with business reporting and dashboard tools.
Important: This software is licensed for internal business use only within your organization.
Permitted Uses
You are granted permission to use this Software to:
- Connect to your QuickBooks Online account via official APIs
- Synchronize financial data for business reporting purposes
- Create business dashboards and analytical reports
- Generate internal financial insights and visualizations
- Store QuickBooks data in your internal database systems
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the application for purposes other than internal business reporting
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Redistribute or sell access to the application
- Use the software to access QuickBooks accounts you do not own
- Violate QuickBooks Online's terms of service
- Export or share financial data outside your organization without proper authorization
Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to access QuickBooks data
- Maintaining the security of your QuickBooks credentials
- Complying with all applicable financial data protection regulations
- Regular backup of synchronized data
- Proper user access controls within your organization
Acceptance
By using this software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
